The Knoxville City Council met in regular session Monday. They held a discussion with city landlords and Jason Van Ausdall of Iowa Inspections about a joint letter from the landlords concerning the city’s rental inspection program. Landlords’ concerns were outlined, but no action was taken by the council concerning the program. They approved a three percent increase in Parks and Recreation fees and charges, as well as City Manager Aaron Adams’ resignation.
