Crossroads of Pella has been once again providing help to those in need in the month of December. Director Jim Hibma says they held their Christmas assistance programs with Adopt-a-Family and Toys for Tots — both of which aim to brighten the holidays for local families and children. A total 123 kids from nine rural communities in Marion County received gifts. Additionally, Hibma says they’ve provided assistance to seniors trying to save on their prescriptions through the Senior Health Insurance Information Program.
