The Indianola School Board met in special session Thursday evening, continuing a discussion from the regular meeting on Monday about returning elementary school students to a full schedule, rather than the current hybrid model. Superintendent Art Sathoff tells KNIA News the board approved a full return for elementary students on January 20th, pending the hiring of a special education teacher. Sathoff also said no matter what, all parents will receive a two-week notice of the schedule change.
