KNIA/KRLS Staff will be at both the Knoxville and Pella HyVee stores this afternoon to bag groceries for customers and accept tips for the Radio Food Drive. KNIA/KRLS Senior General Manager Jim Butler says it’s a great way to make a donation and to meet the voices heard on air.

“The food drive, going to HyVee and bagging groceries, we started this last year. It’s a great way to increase awareness of the Marion County Food Drive, and for people to stop out and meet some of the staff at the radio station.”

Staff will be dressed in Christmas apparel, bag groceries and offer to carry bags out to cars from 3:00 to 6:00 p.m. at the HyVee stores in Knoxville and Pella. People can make food drive donations as they check out their items.
