Tomorrow is New Year’s Day. All City of Knoxville and Marion County offices will be closed to recognize the holiday Friday, but remain open during regular hours today. Many retailers and financial institutions also close for the holiday. Those needing to do business at these locations should plan to do so today or Monday.
