The Knoxville bowling teams knocked off both Pella varsity squads in a conference match Saturday in Oskaloosa.
The Panthers’ boys were 2454-2165 winners over the Dutch; while Knoxville’s girls edged out the Lady Dutch 1851-1707.
Knoxville’s boys earned a 402 two-game mark from Kyler Reidel, 317 from Donovan Binns at 317 and Deven Renard at 315. Jayden Divelbiss had a 386 to lead the Dutch boys, followed by Travis Ware and his 316 score.
In the girls dual, Knoxville was led by a 277 two-game series from Lilliana Mejia, a 268 from Jasmine Holbrook, and 265 by Raegan Cook. Pella was paced by a two-game score of 288 from Anna DeNooy.
Knoxville travels to Osceola Thursday to take on Clarke; Pella is at Davis County on Tuesday.
