Hearthstone, A Ministry of Wesleylife in Pella, reports vaccinations are ongoing in their long-term care facilities, with more on the way.

Executive Director Nancy Hamilton says they’ve held the first of two vaccination clinics at their local locations, while continuing to work to protect their residents as much as possible as rollout is expanded into the community this spring and summer.

She says it’s been difficult to not welcome visitors to their campuses, but she’s hopeful the COVID-19 positivity rate can decline as the vaccine builds herd immunity, and they can open back up in the near future.
