The Indianola Chamber of Commerce annual luncheon is today, sponsored by Peoples Bank and other area businesses. Indianola Chamber of Commerce President and CEO Brenda Easter tells KNIA News the luncheon is an opportunity to not only celebrate what we have accomplished, but provides the venue to reconnect with community members who we may not have seen recently or to meet new people. Annual awards will also be presented at the event, including volunteer of the year, educator of the year, and emerging business of the year. The event will be catered by the Brickhouse Bar and Grill, with the event running from noon to 1:15pm.
