Today is President’s Day. It’s a federal holiday on the third Monday of February to honor the birthdays of George Washington and Abraham Lincoln.

All departments in county courthouses and most financial institutions close to recognize the holiday. Those needing to do business at these locations should plan to do so Tuesday.
