The Indianola School Board discussed schedule changes at their most recent meeting, having to make up education hours due to the recent two-hour late starts from the cold weather. Superintendent Art Sathoff tells KNIA News the district is currently below the number of education hours required by the state, so May 27th will be a full day of school and May 28th will now be a half-day, with the last teacher day being on June 1st. Sathoff also said if there are any more disruptions to the schedule the board will make a decision on how to handle it at that time.
