In two weeks, the Pella Community School District intends to have the vast majority of their staff fully vaccinated against COVID-19. Superintendent Greg Ebeling says three-fourths of district employees will receive the second dose of the Moderna vaccine on March 10th. Ebeling says many individuals who get the series completed feel some symptoms for up to a day after receiving the shots, the district will go fully virtual on Thursday, March 11th to give staff a day to recover and still have a day count for classes.
