Pleasantville’s girls’ basketball team was well-represented in the All-West Central Conference team as four players made the cut.
Making 1st-team all-conference for the Trojans was Junior Malorie McKinney, who averaged 11 points, ten rebounds, and two blocks per game. Junior Rachel Harvey made the all-conference second team for Pleasantville, averaging over six points, four assists, and two steals per game while knocking down 33% of her three-pointers. Seniors Breanna Benge and Faith VanderHart made all-conference honorable mention. Benge averaged over five points a game and VanderHart averaged six points and four rebounds per game.
Pleasantville’s girls finished 10-11 on the season with a first-round playoff loss at Earlham.
