The Warren County Board of Supervisors held a public hearing on the annual property tax levy Tuesday evening, lowering the rate for FY2022 which begins on July 1st.

The total levy rate will go down by approximately 22 cents, with the general levy staying consistent at $3.50 and the rural levy for residents in unincorporated areas dropping by 18 cents to $2.10 per $1,000 of property value.
