An athlete with a long family lineage of success in the green and white will continue a tradition of some of his older brothers by playing football in college.

Josh Warner recently signed to become a part of the up-and-coming Dordt football program in Sioux Center. Warner says he was excited about the recent growth of the Defenders team, as well as the amount of local athletes finding success in the program, including older brother Lucas.

Warner is a two-time All-District selection as a two-way starter for Pella. He finished with 50 career catches at WR and six career interceptions as a DB in three varsity seasons.
