Bittner claimed she was not Abigail, and that her name was “Jamie.” After multiple orders, she exited the vehicle and was detained. A search of Abigail’s purse turned up 19.1 grams of a green, leafy, plant-like material which field tested positive for marijuana, 0.5 grams of a crystalline substance which field tested positive for methamphetamine, a pill identified as containing hydrocodone, and various drug paraphernalia. A search of Bittner’s phone showed communications indicating the sale of methamphetamine and marijuana.

A warrant for Bittner’s arrest was served Monday. A preliminary hearing is set for March 25th, with bond set at $20,000. Bittner faces charges of possession of controlled substance third or subsequent offense, a Class D felony.
