Marion County Pheasants Forever is holding a fundraiser at Applebee’s in Pella on Tuesday. A special menu will be available, with 50 percent of the proceeds going to Marion County Pheasants Forever. Mike Brown of the organization says that the funds will be used locally.

“Pheasants Forever is a national organization that has a goal to increase and improve habitat and wildlife management. With the aid of our national guidelines, what we do, 100 percent of the money we raise stays here in Marion County, which to me, is huge.”
