Melcher-Dallas Boys Track Goes Back on Road to Central Decatur, Girls Track Travels to East Union
After having their meets at Clarke and Interstate-35 rained out Thursday night, Melcher-Dallas’ track teams will go back on the road as the boys will take a trip to Central Decatur, while the girls will go to East Union.
The Saints have competed in just one meet so far this season, which was last Monday at Meskwaki Settlement. The Saints finished with 122 points total in the meet, which was second behind HLV. Girls Coach Amy Stuart tells KNIA Sports that she is looking to mix things up as the season progresses.
“So now that I am getting an idea of what everyone can do, now it will just be trying different combinations of things and see if somebody is willing to try something different that maybe they haven’t done in the past.”
Both meets will begin at 4:30 PM.
