Both the Simpson women’s and men’s soccer teams picked up victories over the Kohawks Tuesday, with the women winning 3-0 and the men 4-2. The Storm women picked up a pair of goals from Cambri Mason and a goal from Baileigh Nagy, and only allowed one Kohawk shot on goal as they improve to 3-1-1 on the season. The Storm men were tied with Coe at halftime 2-2, but powered through a pair of second half goals to earn the conference win. Justin Gilmour, Pater Gaspari, Jordy Triana-Vazquez, and Matt Hasken all put in goals as the Storm are now 3-1-1 on the season. Both teams will next play at Luther on Saturday.
