PCM Boys Golf Goes Back on the Road to Des Moines Christian
PCM’s boys’ golf goes back on the road as they travel for a dual meet with Des Moines Christian.
This meet will be PCM’s third of the season, finishing second in their first two meets at Lynnville-Sully and Ames. The two low scorers of their meets were Gabe Lanphier at Lynnville-Sully and Gatlin Boell at Ames. Their scores were 42 and 82, respectively.
The meet will take place at the Jester Golf Course in Granger and will begin at 4:00 PM.
PCM Girls Track Travels to Guthrie Center For Next Meet
After finishing fifth in their meet at Pella Christian Tuesday, PCM’s girls’ track team will go back on the road and travel to Guthrie Center for their next meet.
PCM’s girls finished with three top-two finishes at Pella Christian, including two individual first-place finishes. Margo Chipps finished first in the 400 meter hurdles and second in the 100 meter hurdles while Celeste Wagaman finished first in the high jump. This meet will be a dual meet for the Mustangs.
The meet will begin at Guthrie Center High School at 4:30 PM.
PCM Soccer Looks To Get Back on Track @ Collins-Maxwell
PCM’s soccer team will look to shake off their rough conference opener by travelling to take on Collins-Maxwell.
The Mustangs currently sit at 1-3 on the season, with their only win coming this past Friday at Atlantic. The last time PCM took the field, they lost 10-0 to conference foe Nevada. The Mustangs have struggled to score, as only three players have scored all season. Those three are Jaret Johnston, Tyler Kuecker, and Carson Vandelune.
The match will begin at Collins-Maxwell High School at 5:30 PM.
