Quarantine numbers for the Pella Community School District significantly dropped this week as it related to COVID-19. For the past five days, less than 0.2% of all students were isolated and participating in online learning due to close contact for the virus. Absences remained near normal over the past five days, with 1.7% of the student body out of school Friday. Pella Schools Superintendent Greg Ebeling says no positive COVID-19 tests among students have been reported since spring break. Additionally, staff has gone three days without missing for a COVID-19-related reason.
