On a shorthanded night due to several events away from the oval, the Pella girls track and field team tied for 3rd at the Newton Cardinal invitational Friday night.
A day after the Drake Relays, a mix of varsity regulars and JV up-and-comers filled out a unique lineup in Newton, according to Head Coach Dak Rasmussen.
