Today marks the musicians of Pella High School receiving a spotlight and a fireworks show to end festivities for day two of Tulip Time in Pella. Many of Thursday’s favorites throughout the day return, and for the evening Feesthouden shows on the Tulip Toren, the award-winning music of Pella Acapella Show Choir and Pella Jazz I will be highlighted, as well as a special performance of the Pella High School Winter Drumline. The Pella Marching Dutch will be among the featured bands for the short processionals as well both today and Saturday. Tonight’s Tulip Time festivities will be wrapped up with a fireworks display viewable from downtown Pella.
