Melcher-Dallas’ track squads will finish their season on the road as they travel to Bluegrass Conference opponent Lamoni Monday afternoon.

The Saints’ girls are coming off competing at the Raiderette Relays in Mount Ayr Thursday afternoon. Melcher-Dallas’ Grace Overgaard continued to impress throughout the course of the season as she finished the meet with a third-place finish in shot put and first-place finish in discus. Haley Godfrey was second in the shot put Thursday.

The Saints’ boys are coming off finishing seventh in the Bluegrass Conference Tournament Tuesday. The biggest highlight of the season for Melcher-Dallas are Steven and Ryan Krpan, who have helped them win both individual and team events throughout the course of the season. The Krpan twins were a part of the 1600 medley relay team that took home first place in the meet.

The meet at Lamoni will begin Monday at 4:30 PM.
