The Pella City Council will hold the first reading of an ordinance amending proposed rates for Pella Fiber at their meeting this evening. The changes largely deal with managed wifi and static IP services, as well as new charges for voice services and other miscellaneous items.
A resolution in support of proposed terms for a development agreement with RDP Holdings for the Prairie Ridge Development and Smash Park Project, as well as a delay on the closing date for a real estate purchase agreement between the City and Second Christian Reformed Church are also on the agenda.
The council will also consider accepting improvements for the Clark Street and Fifield Road Water Main improvement projects and set public hearings to approve contracts for the 250th Avenue improvement plan and the Pella Municipal Airport Automated Weather Observing System replacement.
The Pella City Council meeting begins at 6:00 this evening in the Pella Public Safety Complex, and is available electronically by clicking here.
