Twin Cedars Distance Runner Rylee Dunkin will participate in the class 1A girls 3000 meter run on Thursday at 4:10pm. Dunkin finished 2nd last week at the State Qualifier at Madrid to qualify for the State Meet. Dunkin tells KNIA/KRLS Sports she hopes to run a comfortable pace on Thursday and be able to finish strong.

Dunkin:
“At the start, I was pacing myself and I knew those other girls had faster times, but I wasn’t going to stop and I just had a better kick and beat most of them.”
