Ami Morgan, a Registered Nurse in the Infusion Center at Knoxville Hospital & Clinics, was recognized with the organization’s tenth annual DAISY Award for Extraordinary Nurses. Morgan has been employed at Knoxville Hospital & Clinics for five years. In the nominations, Ami was cited for her heart and soul and dedication to her patients. She says her favorite part of the profession is helping people in need.

“I really like helping people any way I can. With my experience, I have a lot of resources, I have a lot of knowledge, I can help people get free or reduced-cost medicines, I can help with their insurance, help get them from point A to point B with their needs. I just really feel like I can help people. I enjoy it and feel a sense of accomplishment.”
