Melcher-Dallas’ softball squad was originally scheduled to play a game against Diagonal in the Orient-Macksburg tournament, but it has been canceled.

With the cancellation, the Saints will now prepare for their next game at home against East Union. The game against East Union will be the second time Melcher-Dallas has matched up with them. The first matchup was a 12-0 victory for the Saints, who outhit East Union 13-1. Kynser Reed and Riley Enfield each had three hits in the game.

The matchup with East Union will be a part of a baseball/softball doubleheader and will begin at 7:00 PM.
