The No. 4 in Class 4A Norwalk softball team traveled to Oskaloosa Saturday for a pair of neutral site games, and came away 2-0 on the day.

Game 1 saw the Warriors pick up a 3-0 victory over Keokuk. Norwalk scored all runs in the top of the first inning. In game 2, the Warriors knocked off Iowa City Liberty 7-0, with the first six runs coming in the first inning. An insurance run in the fifth was enough to seal the shutout win. Norwalk moves to 17-6 overall, and returns to action at home Monday against Oskaloosa for a doubleheader at 5:30. Game 2 will air on KNIA3.

The Warrior baseball team had the weekend off, but will also host a doubleheader against Oskaloosa Monday. First pitch is scheduled for 5:30.
