The Pella softball team split two games at the Collins-Maxwell tournament Saturday, falling to the No. 3 team in 1A Spartans 6-0, and defeating Central Decatur 9-1.

Kylie Tauke, Kiki Riggen, and Autumn Blink each had two hits against the Cardinals, and Ella Corbin struck out seven in five innings, giving up just one hit for her second win in the circle.

Pella is 4-24 overall and they welcome Grinnell with the baseball team Monday evening for a single conference varsity game.
