Two people are considered in critical condition following a semi vs. tractor crash on Highway 163. The highway is closed between Mile Markers 40 and 42 in the east bound lanes, according to the Pella Police Department, for the collision that occurred at 11:22 a.m. The Pella PD is being assisted by Pella Ambulance, Pella Rural Fire, Marion County Emergency Management, and the Marion County Sheriff’s Office, as well as the Iowa DOT and Iowa State Patrol.
