The Knoxville Baseball squad remained a game above 500 after a split with Mount Pleasant Thursday night. Knoxville won game one 4-2 while the other Panthers took the nightcap 12-10. Knoxville is now 17-16 on the season and tonight, weather pending will travel to Indianola. The Indians earned a #2 seed in their class 4A substate bracket, so Panthers Coach Turner Devore knows his team will have to play a near flawless game to have a chance for the win.
