Funeral services for Helen Joyce Tibboel, age 88 of Prairie CIty will be held on Monday, July 26th at 10:00am at the Prairie City Christian Reformed Church. Burial will take place at Waveland Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the Prairie City Christian Reformed Church or Iowa Right to Life.
