A new administrative team is leading Pella Christian schools into the new year. Over the past month, Harlan DeVries is serving as the interim head of schools, Ben Dirksen is leading Pella Christian Grade School, and Kevin Herdegen is guiding Pella Christian High School.

Herdegen has over 15 years of teaching experience and degrees from Dordt University and a Masters from the University of Iowa and taught in the math department at Pella Christian High School for the last 11 years and has served as a lead teacher and coach.

Herdegen is excited to build on a long-standing tradition of success in academics and activities at Pella Christian High School and their mission of educating students through the lens of the Christian faith.
