Most rain gauges received 1-2″ of rain in Marion and Warren Counties, with higher amounts reported in some local areas.

A long-term dry spell is expected to settle into the region, with more mild and pleasant conditions in the forecast, according to the National Weather Service, with daytime highs in the low-to-mid 80s through Friday.
