Graveside funeral services for Melvin Winegar, age 75 of Pella and formerly of Oskaloosa, will be held on Friday, August 20th at Waveland north of Prairie City. Visitation will begin at noon on Thursday, August 19th at Langkamp Funeral Chapel in Oskaloosa with family present from 4:00 to 7:00 pm.
