A warrant has been served on a Knoxville man who allegedly committed multiple felonies in Knoxville earlier this month in connection to a previously investigated incident. In the early morning hours of August 4th, Knoxville officers responded to the report of a theft and possible burglary in the 1500 block of 135th Place. The victim provided surveillance photos, which identified one of the suspects as 18-year-old Preston John Followill.

It was discovered that entry was forced into a building, and reported missing was a John Deere gator, a bow and arrow, and other items. The gator was located in the 600 block of Montgomery Street in Knoxville the next day.

The warrant was served Thursday. Followill faces felony charges of burglary and theft. Bond is set at $5,000 and a preliminary hearing is scheduled for August 26th.
