After an over year long investigation, Jalen Frost of Knoxville has been charged with vehicular homicide and reckless driving in connection to a collision on County Highway T15 in June 2020.

The Iowa State Patrol reports on the evening of June 8th, 2020, 47-year-old Jason Cameron Willey was a passenger in a 2011 Chevrolet Camaro driven by Frost, 24 at the time, formerly of Corydon. The vehicle was travelling southbound through a curve when it went off the highway, struck the ditch bank of County Highway S-71, and rolled several times. Willey was ejected, and reported dead at the scene. He wasn’t wearing a seat belt. Frost was transported for injuries.

The Iowa State Patrol reports that Frost was driving at a high rate of speed, and weaving in and out of traffic. Stay tuned to KNIA/KRLS for more information on this case.
