The Marion County Democrats will hold their annual picnic and pie auction on Sunday, September 12th. Attendees will enjoy a meal with vegetarian options, and will have the opportunity to bid on pies and baked goods to benefit the county party. A silent auction will also be held.

Special guests will include Iowa Democratic Party Chair Ross Wilburn and gubernatorial candidate Deidre DeJear. Attendees are encouraged to bring lawn chairs.

The event will be held at the North Overlook Shelter at Lake Red Rock on Sunday, September 12th from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m.
