The Pella City Council will discuss three topics during policy and planning at this evening’s meeting.

No formal action will be taken, but conversation will include a disc golf basket donation request from Central College, residential parking requirements in the Central Business District, and discussion regarding paving of Prairie Street and Monroe Street.

A resolution and ordinance will be considered during the regular meeting for the Urban Renewal Plan and an additional resolution for the development agreement with RDP Holdings for the Smash Park to outline what both the city and developer will do to make the facility a reality. Those are part of a public hearing.
