Chad Bennett

Chad Bennett, 50, of Pleasantville, has been found guilty on all four counts in the stalking and witness tampering case involving his mother, Pat Bennett, and a juvenile. Chad Bennett conspired with Pat Bennett to attempt to alter the witness testimony in Chad’s upcoming sexual abuse trial. Chad’s no-contact order with the juvenile prohibited communication, even through a third party.

Bennett is convicted of stalking, conspiracy to commit stalking, tampering with a witness and conspiracy to tamper with a witness. Bennett’s non-jury trial in the sexual abuse case is scheduled for December 14th.
