The Indianola Police Department has released the bus and vehicle routes for the upcoming Knotfest concert taking place next Saturday, with buses set to travel from Southridge along Highway 5 and Highway 23 to the National Balloon Classic Field, while cars will be directed down Highway 65/69. Interim Police Chief Brian Sher tells KNIA News approximately 30,000 visitors will be in town for that day, which is expected to be even more busy due to other events taking place throughout the day. Sher also said citizens should expect traffic delays and, if possible, find alternative routes.
