The Knoxville Volleyball Squad begins a stretch where the Panthers will play nine matches in three days starting tonight at Des Moines Christian. The Panthers will take on Pella Christian, class 1A #15 Southeast Warren, Newton, and the host Lions, who are ranked 5th in class 3A. Besides the tough competition Knoxville will face tonight, Coach Mollie Keitges wants her girls to close out a match or set when presented the opportunity.

Keitges:
“I think we’re just learning about ourselves and finding confidence and hopefully we’re learning to have a killer instinct and put matches and sets away.”

The Panthers have struggled to put matches away with two of their three matches in conference play losing a 2-0 lead, and Tuesday night in Eddyville, the Panthers had chances to win each set. First serve is scheduled for 4:30.
