The Indianola Public Library is asking Indianola residents to take a survey regarding library services, programs, and events. Adult Services Librarian Jacynthia West tells KNIA News the comprehensive survey can tell librarians what the public wants to see from the library and how they can better expand their services.

“We are hoping most of the community can take the survey, it is running until the end of September. It is linked on our Facebook and other website pages, we have a QR code here in the library itself, and a paper copy. Anyway you can tell us what we are doing right. Especially as a new employee, I want to know more about the community and what you think of us and what we can do better for you.”
