The Helping Hand of Warren County is holding a Halloween sale this weekend. Halloween $1 costumes will be on sale, with .50 cent t-shirts, as well as face paint, masks, decorations, and more will be available. All proceeds from the sale will go towards the operations of the Helping Hand of Warren County. The sale is today from 3:30 to 5pm, and Saturday from 9-11am.
