The KNIA/KRLS Home Shopping Extravaganza returns Tuesday through Thursday. On each day, listeners will have the opportunity to call and make on-air purchases from local businesses. The call in times will be Tuesday, September 28th from 10:00 a.m. to noon, 1:00 to 5:00 p.m. and 6:00 to 7:00 p.m. Wednesday and Thursday will be from 10:00 a.m. to noon and 1:00 to 5:00 p.m. Sales Manager Trevor Castle says this is an opportunity for listeners to save money on a wide variety of items.

“A lot of people ask me how this works. We give those local businesses advertising in exchange for gift certificates, merchandise or services that we’re selling to our listeners at a discount. We have nearly $200,000 of merchandise, and you’re going to get the chance to save up to 50 percent, depending on the timing and supply and demand. For the listener, it’s an opportunity to save money on great merchandise from local businesses.”

Before the on-air event begins, the pre-sale will take place today from 1:00 to 5:00 p.m. The Home Shopping Extravaganza will air on 94.3/95.3 KNIA and 92.1 KRLS all three days, as well as on Facebook Live. Pick-up of items will be Friday, October 8th and Saturday, October 9th.
