The Well is closing their local coffee shop, café and grocery store on October 15. The last time to visit grāz will be between 7 AM-6 PM on that Friday.

The original purpose of grāz was to be a social enterprise of The Well, provide employment opportunities for the Well Works program, and be an outlet for local producers. According to Well CEO Jayson Henry, current realities and learnings did not deliver as expected against the original mission, purpose, and assumptions.

“We opened a new business during a global pandemic and then went on to suffer from the same labor shortage as the rest of the nation,” he said. “We learned a lot through this process, and we want to offer our sincerest thanks for all who have shopped, provided products for sale and offered support throughout this last year.”

The last day to use remaining grāz reward points and gift cards will be Friday, October 15th.
