After more than a week off, the Knoxville Volleyball Squad will be back on the court tonight in Centerville trying to win its second South Central Conference match of the season. The Panthers are coming off a sweep at the Pella Christian Invitational last Saturday and had all week off. Coach Mollie Keitges told KNIA/KRLS Sports the girls have worked hard during the bye week and are ready to play again. Senior player Tara Bacorn adds they need to keep their energy level high and sustain it through the entire match.

Bacorn: “I think energy is the big key thing through these next few matches, if we can keep our energy level high then we’ll start to click, and we’ll play together as a team as we have in the past.”

The Panthers record is 17-8, however 1-3 in the South Central Conference while Centerville has struggled this season to a 4-16 record overall. The match is scheduled to begin at 7:15.
