Demolition at the Knoxville VA campus will require the closure of a portion of West Pleasant Street for about one week. Police Chief Aaron Fuller tells KNIA/KRLS News that the portion between Park Lane Drive and Willetts Drive will be completely closed, but vehicles will be able to access Park Lane Drive and Willetts Drive from Pleasant Street.

The closure will begin Monday, October 18th and last for approximately a week.
