The Knoxville City Council will meet in regular session Monday. They’ll consider establishing the appeal process, fees and administrative policies related to the rental inspection program. The council will consider the second considerations of building codes pertaining to vacant buildings and fires. They’ll also discuss a master plan for the Parks & Recreation department.
