Two Pella City Council candidates are officially asking for a recount. Ward 3 Incumbent Bruce Schiebout and At-Large Candidate Tony Bokhoven are requesting the procedure after both narrowly lost seats in their respective races. The Marion County Auditor’s Office has 18 days to finish the request after canvassing, with the recount likely happening much sooner.
